Aim: The aim of the research was to describe the views of health professionals to the homeless and describe their views on the provision of health care to homeless.

Method and sample: The collection of empirical data was conducted using own questionnaire.Research sample consisted of 89 health professionals.

Results: We have confirmed statistically significant relationship between place of work and view of the homelles. Women are more interested in the cause of homelessness than men. Part of the health professionals believe that the homeless have not right to treatment, because they are not insured.

Conclusion: Most health care professionals perceive homeless with a mixture of ambivalent feelings. Due to the growing number of homeless is appropriate to include this issue in lifelong education of health professionals.
